Sean Vogt - Owner/Operator
In true Colorado fashion, I was almost born in a car wedged in a snowbank in a massive blizzard in April. Fortunately, my parents ended up making it safely to Aspen Valley Hospital. They were caretakers of a home on Red Mountain at the time, so you could say this industry is in my blood. Fast forward a couple years and they were able to find an opportunity to chase a warmer American dream in San Diego. I spent my teen years building and servicing swimming pools and custom spas with my father to save up for my first car. I was taught that one must work hard and earn the things they want in life. That being said, I became comfortable working with plumbing and electrical systems at a very young age. In 2007, I moved back to the Roaring Fork Valley in yet another blizzard that must have been mother nature’s way of welcoming me back. Since then, I've thrived as a property manager, advanced-level lighting programmer and AV/IT specialist. Troubleshooting is one of my specialties and I love being presented with a challenge. I am generally unflappable in the face of pressure. You can count on Elevated Management to resolve any issue that may arise with your property. I live in Basalt with my wife and 2 dogs. We enjoy paddle boarding, snowboarding, cross country skiing, camping, and pretty much anything else outside.
Tate Cardin - Owner/Operator
My motto has always been, “There Are No Problems, Only Solutions.” My strong midwestern work ethic and sense of integrity allow me to meet challenges head-on. I’m punctual, I haven’t missed a day of work in 21 years, I thrive under pressure, and am here to earn your trust. I have a love and broad understanding of fine art, interior design, and architecture. I’m also steeped in extensive knowledge of general construction, electrical, and all things property management, with 8 years of hands-on management experience. I’ve spent the bulk of my time the last 20 years in the film industry working on sets where there’s no room for error bringing the director’s vision to life. Give me a task and I get it done, and done right the first time. I’m quick on my feet, and I believe there’s nothing I can’t do if I set my mind to it. I love my wife and dog, and there’s nowhere I’d rather be than at our home in Missouri Heights surrounded by people who share my passion for the mountains.
